SOUPS FOR CHRISTMAS LUNCH/DINNER

A few more to consider! But amongst my favourites (so far) are Broccoli Cauliflower Soup from Karen at SoupAddict (light, creamy, subtle, delicious), Sweet Potato Soup with Coriander & Blood Orange from Laura at FirstMess (oh Laura, you have excelled yourself here!), fabulously simple but oh so fresh and delightful Pea and Parsley Soup from Nigel Slater, (works equally well with best-quality frozen peas), another seriously good offering from Donna Hay - her Sweet Potato and Harissa Soup with Tahini and Crispy Chickpeas (bit more filling for a starter but tastes magnificent) AND it might not be beyond the realms of possibility that I may consider my Silky-Smooth Celery Soup (even celery-haters love this soup!!) But there are a few more to try!!
